Atlthough, back in 2012 I was a young competitor I worked with many friends and former teammates of mine in the art of posing. From there, I have spent countless hours perfecting not only my own posing, but studying and learning posing for ALL divisions at both the NPC and IFBB levels. I have worked with athletes all over the world in all divisions for over a decade now.
