Busy momz program

For the past 2.5 years I have been a full time MOM, Business owner, professional athlete and wife. Within this time frame of being a new/first time mom I have used my 15 years of experience to take the habits I have learned through health and fitness and implemented them in this new life long journey as a mom. 

As a “ GIrl Mom” ( 2 Beautiful girls that are 2 years apart ) it is important to me that my girls learn from day 1 the importance of taking care of your health and your body. 

Although I am a professional athlete, being fit and healthy to me does NOT mean always being super lean or “show lean”. I want my girls to see and understand true health and beauty comes in all shapes, sizes and looks. That is what this program is about and builds for ALL moms.
